Relicensing Continues

We continue to receive document updates that include a relicensing in response to Debian packaging issues. Much of the LDP will likely be removed from the base Debian distribution if they are not licensed under a Free license. Almost all the new documents are using the GFDL, so hopefully licensing issues will be behind us soon.
