The default card deck (and its four colour variant) is based on the responsive SVG deck "playing-cards-standard-deck" by the GitHub user younestouati, a fork of "Responsive Playing Cards" by digitaldesignlabs, whose artwork in turn is based on Chris Aguilar's "Vectorized Playing Cards"; the ace of spades comes from Byron Knoll's public domain deck.
