Long-term commitment is required. Consistent daily effort is required to keep up with discussions on the mailing lists and current events at TLDP.
General knowledge of how free software and free documentation work. Good organizational skills.
Peer feedback is obtained from TLDP's general discussion mailing list. The chief coordinator oversees the various coordinator positions within TLDP.
Knowledge transfer from previous person filling this role.
The chief coordinator represents TLDP and should therefore be able to separate his/her personal opinion from the official TLDP position.
